We deliver balloon bouquets exclusively within Canberra and Queanbeyan.

What are your business hours?
Our operating hours are:
- Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM
- Closed: Sundays and all Canberra public holidays

When should I place my order?
Please place your order online by 2:00 PM the day before your desired delivery date to allow adequate preparation time.

Can I request a specific delivery time?
We operate on a delivery run sheet and cannot guarantee specific delivery times. If a specific time frame is required, an additional fee will apply.

What if the delivery is to an apartment or unit?
For deliveries to apartments or units:
- Ensure someone is home to accept the delivery within business hours.
- If no one is available, there must be a safe place to leave the delivery.
- If delivery cannot be completed due to access issues, an additional delivery charge will apply.

How can I customize my balloon bouquet?
We welcome your ideas and can adjust photo examples to suit your celebration and colour theme. If you don’t see something you like, we’re happy to brainstorm with you.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments via Mastercard, Visa, and PayPal.

Can I cancel or modify my order?
Once the checkout process is completed, orders cannot be canceled or modified online. If there’s a mistake in your order, please contact us immediately with your order number so we can address any issues before processing.
