Please place your orders online before 2pm the day before the delivery date so we have time to prepare your beautiful balloon bouquet delivery.
WE ARE UNABLE TO DELIVER “AT” SPECIFIC TIMES, AS WE WORK WITHIN A RUN SHEET TO ENSURE ALL DELIVERIES CAN BE MADE AND DELIVERED. IF A SPECIFIC TIME FRAME IS REQUIRED, THERE WILL BE AN ADDITIONAL FEE.
Due to Covid, some stock is unavailable (worldwide). We will do our best to use stock as closely as possible to what you order. If you have a concern, prior to ordering, please call in advance to check.
Online orders are for Canberra/Queanbeyan only.
If your order is to go to a unit/apartment, access MUST be available within Canberra Balloon business hours of 9am to 3pm, Monday to Friday.
If no one is home when the delivery is made, there MUST be somewhere to leave it. If the delivery can’t be delivered due to there being nowhere to leave it, there will be an additional delivery charge.
Please include all the details you can think of that might be useful to the delivery driver on the day, including your mobile number so we can send you photos or call you if we need to for any reason.
Please also include the mobile number of the person we are delivering to in case we need to call them upon our arrival.
