Closed on Sundays and all Canberra public holidays (Saturday morning deliveries available if ordered in advance)

All orders must be placed by 2pm the day before the date of delivery, please.

No same day orders available.  We are unable to take calls as we are often on the road delivering - please email enquires to hello@canberraballoons.net.au

If the delivery is to go to an apartment or unit, someone must be home to accept the order or there must be somewhere safe to leave it.

Due to Government restrictions, we are CLOSED during the Canberra lockdown.

All orders must be in by 2pm the day before delivery to avoid disappointment.

Open Monday to Friday 9am to 3pm.

WE ARE UNABLE TO DELIVER "AT" SPECIFIC TIMES AS WE WORK WITHIN A RUN SHEET TO ENSURE ALL DELIVERIES CAN BE MADE AND DELIVERED.  IF A SPECIFIC TIME FRAME IS REQUIRED, THERE WILL BE AN ADDITIONAL FEE.

Due to Covid, some stock is unavailable (worldwide).  We will do our best to use stock as closely as possible to what you order.  If you have a concern, prior to ordering, please call in advance to check.
